How I work

Steady, collaborative, and grounded in what works.

Paced, not pushed

We move at the speed that is right for you. Insight lands when it has room to.

Warm and direct

You will get honesty with care. No jargon, no scripts, no pretending it is simple.

Grounded in evidence

Drawing on CBT, ACT, and EMDR, adapted to the person in the room rather than the other way around.

About

Hi, I’m Elena Marsh, LCSW.

I have spent twelve years sitting with people through the hard middle of things: panic that arrives out of nowhere, marriages that have gone quiet, grief that will not stay in its lane.

My practice is small on purpose. Fewer clients means more attention, and more attention is most of what good therapy is.

I came in braced for advice. What I got was room to think, and someone steady enough to think alongside.
